Nozzles for fire/explosion prevention systems

Small orifice misting nozzles for fire/explosion prevention systems

By forcing fluid through very small orifice at high pressure sufficient turbulence is created to atomise the spray into a fine fog.  At lower pressures such nozzles will form a mist.  Such mists are suitable for applying a small amount of moisture to a surface so are ideal for fire prevention systems.  Alternatively at higher pressure the fine fog produced can be used to reduce electrostatic charging in the air and increase humidity thus reducing explosion risks.

MicroWhirl small orifice misting nozzles are suitable for many fire prevention applications.  The MicroWhirl family is extended by the MWH which is an array of MicroWhirl nozzles on a single head, angled to ensure maximum coverage.
