Quick release riser systems for pre-treatment applications

For ultimate quick change over system SNP can provide complete riser systems with quick release couplings. The entire riser complete with all nozzles can be quickly removed for cleaning and maintenance. If a spare riser system is stored then this can be clipped back into place whilst the original is being cleaned this can reduce down time considerably.

Uni- spray® quick-lock® Formed risers

• Unique, custom formed, non-corrosive risers can take the heat-up to 200°F (91°C).

Headers

• Adaptable pipe saddles can be used to create female outlets, allowing the headers to be constructed of PVC, CPVC or Polypro Pipe.
• Polypropylene saddles fit 1.5" (40 mm) thru 6" (200 mm) pipe with outlets ranging from 1" (25 mm) thru 2" (50 mm).

Quick- release® riser supports

Simple to install, stainless steel support spring allows for easy access to position and/or remove individual
risers. When used with Uni-Spray's Quick-Disconnect® nozzles holders and couplers, risers can be set in position or removed in a matter of seconds.
