Article: How Much Does an IBC Cleaning System Cost?

Feb 26, 2026, 16:44 PM by Zoe Cameron-Waller

Prices are accurate as of the time of writing (2024) and may be subject to change.

A complete IBC cleaning system provides an efficient and reliable way to wash residues from IBC totes. Each kit includes a high‑performance pump, a powerful rotary jet cleaning head, a control switch and an IBC‑lid mounting lance. This setup is designed to deliver thorough, fast and water‑efficient cleaning for a wide range of residues.

Price of the Complete IBC Cleaning System

The full system, supplied with the pump and control switch, is priced at £6,350.

Supplying the Kit Without the Pump and Control Switch

For sites that already have a suitable pump in place, the cleaning system can be supplied without the pump and control switch. In this configuration, the price is £3,529.

Cleaning Head Specification

The system uses a high‑impact rotary jet cleaner designed for demanding applications. This cleaning head operates at high pressure, delivers excellent coverage and significantly reduces cleaning time and water usage, even when dealing with stubborn residues.

Value for Money

Although the system requires a higher initial investment than lighter‑duty alternatives, its performance typically delivers rapid payback. Shorter cleaning cycles, improved water efficiency and the ability to handle tough residues mean operational savings can accumulate quickly — often within weeks, depending on cleaning frequency and residue type.
