Article: How Much Does a Spray Bar Cost?

Spray bars come in a variety of configurations, so exact pricing can vary depending on your specific requirements.

Several factors influence the cost of a spray bar, including:

  • Overall length of the spray bar

  • Pipe size

  • Material of construction

  • Surface finish

  • Number of nozzle slots

To give a general idea, a typical 1 metre spray bar with 4 nozzles, made from 316 stainless steel, with a ¾” pipe and a 240 grit polish, would cost around £850 as of November 2024.

Increasing the number of nozzles to 10 would raise the price to approximately £1,150.
