Nozzles for lubrication

Spraying of viscous fluids

Many lubricants are viscous and this can present spraying challenges.  In particular if using air atomising nozzles the action of the air on a viscous fluid can cause clogging problems.  Using external mix variants, where the air is mixed with the fluid after exit from the nozzle, will help mitigate this problem.
